For those watching carb intake, the Keto meals from Factor CA feature low carb, high fat menu time that are delicious and help maintain energy.  Two of our favorite meals were creamy dijon pork tenderloin and blackened salmon. As for vegan and vegetatrian meals from Factor CA these feature we highly recommend ordering the Tempeh and Poblano Chili or Indian-style Vegetable Rice.

Our Favorite Factor CA Meals

Factor CA offers a large selection of dishes within their various meal plans, but one particularly tasty one was the Chimichurri Pork Tenderloin from the Keto menu. The chimichurri cuts through the richness of the tenderloin and the roasted squash with Chile-garlic butter, and the balance of flavors is perfect.

Factor CA is similar to Freshly in that meals are heat and eat with minimal prep time. Factor CA is primarily low-carb/keto where Freshly offers both low carb and allergy-free options. Freshly is less expensive than Factor CA per meal, but their offerings are fairly similar. Freshly does not offer consultation with a registered dietitian.

Factor CA vs HelloFresh

Factor CA has four dietary restrictions offered compared to HelloFresh, which has three. Hello Fresh meals tend to take more time to prep and prepare. Factor CA offers five meal plans whereas HelloFresh has only two.

Factor CA vs Green Chef

Both Factor CA and Green Chef offer keto-friendly and vegetarian meals. Factor CA offers four dietary restrictions while Green Chef has nine. Factor CA meals are more expensive per meal than Green Chef. Factor CA shipping is free while Green Chef charges $9.99.

Bottom Line

Factor CA meals are great if you want to follow a lower-carb diet and may want some nutrition guidance from registered dietitians. Meals are pre-cooked with high-quality, organic, non-GMO ingredients, but you’ll pay a higher price for them than other meal delivery services but the value for money and quality of food definitely outweighs the slightly higher pricing.
