What’s Unique About Ketoned Meals?

Because Ketoned Meals emphasizes comfort foods and classic staples, you’ll feel less like you’re embarking on a new diet and more like you’re revisiting mom’s kitchen. Ketoned Meals does a commendable job of dishing out robust, hearty meals that are at once welcoming and mouthwatering. The rotating menu features a number of culinary styles, all of which have an unmistakable homey feel to them. Despite its strict adherence to the keto diet, Ketoned Meals offers food with a universal appeal. Kids, parents, and corporate professionals can all find something to enjoy on the menu.

How It Works

Customers can order a la carte, meaning there’s no need to subscribe to a weekly meal plan. It’s important to note, however, that each order must contain exactly 16 or 21 meals.

To place an order, click on that week’s menu and choose 16 or 21 meals before checking out. You have until Thursday at 11:59pm ET to place an order for the following week. Your meals will be shipped out the following Wednesday, and they will arrive by Thursday.

Meals are blast-frozen and shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice to keep them fresh. They should be stored in the refrigerator, but they can be frozen if need be. When you’re ready to eat your meal, heat it up in the microwave (4-5 minutes), or oven (15-20 minutes) and enjoy.
