Additionally, you can approve vacation requests and update your staff profiles from your phone. The app is easy to use and has all the same functionalities as the desktop version. The only problem I noticed is that you can’t generate a PDF report and have to use a workaround. 

To access the app for the first time, you need to get a verification code from your administrator. After that, enter your username and password. You can also activate Face ID to log in quicker next time.
