I love calm, I’ve had the paid subscription for around 6 years. I listen to a sleep story every night, it’s the only way to hush all the thoughts running around my mind. Honestly, I can’t imagine not having it even my hubby is hooked now too. Once the story ends I have the either the thunderstorm sound scape, or one of my other favourites if I wake in the night it just helps me to drift back off, as long as I start it early before my overthinking brain sets off again. I tell everyone about this app, I love it

I have had insomnia for a month. The drugs given by my gp just ruin the day after as I feel in a daze.
I have been using Calm for the last couple of weeks and feel more relaxed than I can remember. My thanks go to Jeff Warren on the site who is amazing and on the story side to Alan Skier. Try it everyone

GREAT!
I thought it would be a scam. In one day I fell in love with it. I did have a question about using it -- and customer service got back with me in less than 24 hours. I don't understand what all the negative reviews are about. (Btw, this is an honest review. I've never worked for CALM. I don't know anyone who works at CALM.)
