If your friends, family, or colleagues enjoy the finer things in life, a decent bottle—or bottles—of wine may be the ideal gift.

You can contact the customer service department at Macy’s by phone or email. Its hours are 9am-8pm ET Monday to Friday and 10am-7pm ET on weekends.

Bottom Line

Macy’s Wine Shop is a great choice for wine lovers who enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Its introductory offer of 6 bottles for $49.99 is one of its most attractive features.

Overall, we found its prices to be cheaper than many other high-end wine clubs, but there are a few minor issues such as a limited delivery area. However, this is unlikely to be a deal breaker for many customers, who will appreciate other member benefits such as free shipping and detailed tasting notes.

They were delivered on time and I always received what was supposed to be in the order. However, the selection could have been a bit better. The wines seemed low quality coming from Macy's.

Their membership is quite unique as inclusion and diversity is embraced, they even award me points for being in the community. They could do more by allowing me to be able to get more offers with those points awarded.

Great wine, was a customer for almost four years but had an issue with two cases in a row. I couldn't get in touch with customer service. Cheapest doesn't always mean better.

You could almost always do better by just buying comparably-priced bottles at a local wine store.

I feel Macy's Wine Club is doing quite well because as a wine club member, you'll also receive a credit toward your next purchase for any wine you don't enjoy.
