Considering all the tools and resources that Placeit gives you, and considering the competition, this is an incredible value for your money. Logo designers can charge upwards of $100, and this gives you very little flexibility in terms of the design process. Placeit, on the other hand, gives you full flexibility and control over the entire design process (more on that below). Of course, there are free logo editor tools, but these are not nearly as feature-rich, comprehensive, and detailed as Placeit’s logo maker.
What’s more, if you think about it logically, you probably won’t need to use the tool for very long. So, you only have to pay for a month or 2 to get your logo designed and downloaded. Then you can unsubscribe (or just stop renewing your subscription). Placeit lets you cancel at any time.
Placeit also lets you download various versions of your logo design, so you can use your logo anywhere, including on social media channels, blogs, letterhead, business cards, t-shirts and other business paraphernalia, and so much more. It’s an excellent way to create consistent branding for your company across multiple channels both on and offline.

To date, Placeit has close to 3,500 unique logo templates. This is an important number. Using a logo template is not the same as getting your own logo designed by a professional because there is still the out-of-the-box style aspect to the finished product. It’s one of the arguments against using logo design makers. But when you have 3,500+ logo templates to choose from, that argument starts to sound a little weak.

We were also impressed by how much fine-tuning you are able to do with this logo editor. When you’re all finished designing your logo, you will be given 3 choices:

The last option is great if you want to print the logo because it gives you the highest resolution (good for printing of various sizes). This can be used for business merchandise, billboards, company cars, stationary, just about anywhere you can print. Conclusion
Placeit is a solid logo maker, but it’s not for everyone. If you are looking for a fully-customized and totally 100% unique design, look elsewhere. But if you are looking for a beautiful, easy-to-design logo for yourself or your business, Placeit is a great choice. The tool is comprehensive, exhaustive, and makes for a fast turnaround time.
