Overview
Builderall at a Glance
What is Builderall?
Builderall is an all-in-one website builder and marketing platform designed to help you launch and grow an online business. The platform was launched in 2011 and has more than 500,000 users around the world.
While Buiderall primarily caters to Ecommerce businesses of all varieties, you can also launch a static site or blog. Ecommerce businesses can sell physical products, digital subscriptions, online courses, digital magazines, and much more. The platform offers numerous tools to help you monitor conversions and increase your revenue.
Builderall features and tools
AI text editor
Builderall has a ChatGPT integration that helps you write copy for your site. You write unpolished text that captures the message you want to send to visitors. For example, this might be promoting your business as the best in its industry. The AI will transform it into short, snappy copy that encourages visitors to buy from you.
Funnel builder
Builderall’s visual funnel builder enables you to define a series of pages that your customers will see when purchasing on your site. It’s a great way to suggest additional products or upsell customers to increase our sales.
Chatbots
You can add automated chatbots to your website that answer customer questions and encourage them to make a purchase. Chatbots can also respond to comments on Facebook or questions on messaging apps like WhatsApp.
Is Builderall Safe and Reliable?
All Builderall sites are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. The platform’s payment gateway is compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
Builderall doesn’t provide an uptime guarantee for its sites. That said, I didn’t experience any issues or downtime while using the platform.
Using Builderall
I found it easy and fast to get started using Builderall. You get access to the builder immediately and can create your first site in minutes using the platform’s templates.
The drag-and-drop site editor is also intuitive, and premade site sections speed up the building process compared to adding elements one at a time.
The only thing I didn’t love about using Builderall is that the dashboard can be a little overwhelming. It takes some time to figure out where all of the tools are located.
How to Get Started With Builderall
You can easily sign up for a Builderall plan online and get access to your dashboard right away. However, Builderall doesn’t include a free domain for your website. You’ll need to purchase one through Builderall or another domain registrar to launch your site.
How to Create a Website with Builderall
There are two ways to create a website with Builderall.
The first is to build a site using a template. The platform offers more than 100 templates, although there isn’t a ton of variety in the designs. All of the templates are mobile-responsive. You can change your template later, but you’ll lose any customizations you made.
The second way to build a site is to use Builderall’s funnel builder. This is a visual tool that lets you define a series of steps visitors will take when purchasing a process. For example, they might start at a landing page, then move to a checkout page after clicking a buy button, then see additional offers, and finally end up at a thank-you page.
Builderall comes with funnel templates for common sales strategies. You can also add your own funnel steps to define the flow. Once your funnel is ready, you can click the “Generate Site” button and Builderall will create all of the pages you need automatically.
I really liked using the funnel builder to create my site. It was fast and resulted in a site that shepherds customers seamlessly from homepage to checkout. Builderall’s standard template-driven creation process took more time and resulted in a site layout that wasn’t as well defined.
Whichever approach you choose, you can customize your site using Builderall’s drag-and-drop site editor. I enjoyed using this editor because there’s a huge variety of elements, including text, images, videos, pop-ups, timers, forms, buttons, and quizzes.
You’re free to drag these elements anywhere on your page rather than only arrange them in a grid layout. This is nice for the flexibility it provides, but it also substantially increases the time it takes to get your layout right.
Builderall has predesigned site sections for things like contact pages, FAQs, landing pages, headers, and checkout pages. These premade sections are fully customizable and I found they make the site creation process go much faster.
One downside I found to Builderall is that there are no global style settings. You can’t easily change font styles across your site, for instance. This means it takes a lot more work if you want to make your site look just right.
You can preview your site before publishing it. When you’re ready to go live, it only takes a click.
Overall, I was pretty happy with Builderall’s site creation process. The ability to generate a site based on a sales funnel is incredibly unique. I’d like to see the editor include global style settings, but if you stick to the predesigned site sections and keep a simple site layout, this isn’t a huge drawback. Also, be aware that Builderall’s templates and code are proprietary, so you can’t migrate your site to another platform.
Adding multimedia to your Builderall website
Builderall supports photos, videos, audio files, and PDFs. Every site has its own media library, so you can organize your media and group related files into folders. You can also upload multiple files at the same time.
There are no stock photos available in Builderall and you can’t import files from social media. I also found that Builderall can slow down slightly if your media library gets too large.
Overall, I thought this process was easy and the ability to organize media files is a benefit.
Marketing functionality with Builderall websites
Builderall packs a ton of marketing features, including an email campaign builder and an online booking app. The email campaign builder lets you define custom triggers and workflows to control when customers receive emails.
You can add pop-ups to your site that display testimonials from customers. You can even connect with customers by SMS or WhatsApp and add an automated chatbot to your site.
Builderall has a built-in customer relationship management (CRM) system so you can track visitor behaviors and analyze what patterns lead to sales. There’s also a visual click map so you can see where users are clicking on your site in addition to what pages they’re visiting.
SEO functionality & add-ons with Builderall websites
Builderall sites are mobile-responsive and optimized for fast loading times. You can also add SEO titles and descriptions to your media files and pages to boost your page’s visibility in search engines.
Builderall offers its own analysis dashboard to help you track visitor traffic. In addition, the platform is compatible with Google Analytics.
Ecommerce
Builderall enables you to sell physical products, digital downloads, subscriptions, online courses, and more. You can build a shop using the site editor, and there’s a dedicated tool for building your own online courses to sell.
The platform isn’t the best I’ve seen for selling physical products as there are no inventory management tools. However, you can accept payments online, offer discounts, and create variants of all your products.
Builderall Customer Service
Builderall offers customer support by live chat and email from 9am-5pm (ET) Monday-Friday. I contacted the company by chat and was connected with an agent in about three minutes. The company says it answers all emails in less than two days.
Builderall has a comprehensive online knowledge base with tutorials, short articles, and video guides. The company also hosts webinars and manages a Facebook group where users can ask each other questions.
How to Cancel or Pause a Builderall Subscription
Builderall is paid monthly, so you can cancel your subscription at any time. There’s no way to pause a subscription.
Builderall Pricing
Builderall offers three plans offering tiered access to the platform’s marketing tools. All plans are paid monthly and include hosting.

The Essentials plan offers everything you need to build an online store using Builderall’s templates. However, if you want to build a site based on a sales funnel, you’ll need to upgrade to the Advanced plan. The Premium plan is best if you want to create and sell online courses or have more than 10,000 email marketing contacts.
Builderall is more expensive than many standalone website builders. However, it’s much cheaper than paying for a website builder and marketing tools separately.

Builderall vs WordPress.com
Wordpress.com is an excellent and inexpensive choice for creating a blog site. But it has limited features for more complex Ecommerce stores and takes a commission with many of its plans. If you want to build an online store, I prefer Builderall.
Builderall vs Wix
Builderall and Wix are both all-in-one platforms with a wide range of tools. While Wix might appear cheaper at first, add-ons like email marketing and merchandizing tools can be expensive upgrades. I prefer Wix if you want to start small and grow over time, but Builderall if you want to jump into marketing and growing your site right away.
Builderall vs Shopify
Shopify is an Eommerce platform that offers many ways to grow your online store. There’s a lot to like about Shopify, but it can be pricey and requires navigating a wide range of complex integrations. So, Builderall may be the better solution if you’re on a budget or don’t want to fuss with integrations.
Bottom Line
Builderall is a great choice for anyone who wants an all-in-one solution for building an online store and marketing their business. The platform has an excellent site designer, but the real value of Builderall lies in its marketing tools. Few other site builders include tools like a funnel builder, chatbots, and email marketing tools at no additional cost.
I felt like there are places where Builderall could improve, such as in offering a wider variety of templates or speeding up the site design process. However, none of these minor drawbacks take away from the platform’s overall usability and outstanding tools. It provides superb value for anyone who wants to grow their business online.
