Warranty

All walk-in tubs from Ella’s Bubbles come with a limited lifetime warranty. This applies for the duration of the owner's lifetime, but it’s only valid for tubs that remain at the original installation address. The warranty is void as soon as a new owner purchases the house where the tub was installed or the original owner moves the tub to another address.

The warranty covers free parts in the case of manufacturing defects or malfunctions. It doesn’t cover issues caused by improper use, including through a lack of maintenance. Shipping and labor aren’t covered by the warranty, so you will have to cover these.
