While Boca customizes your walk-in tub, all these installations are made with upper marine grade gel coating and fiberglass for maximum resilience. From there, you can choose the features you want included in your design. Boca tubs come in two different colors and several sizes.

Pricing

One downside to working with Boca is that you can’t get any pricing information online. That’s because pricing is customized—you’ll need to speak to a representative. Since Boca lets you pick out your own features and upgrades, prices vary. Pricing will also depend on the installation process required, where you live, and how long a project it’s expected to be.

As I’ve already mentioned, Boca doesn’t give you a whole lot of information to use before you purchase. This includes anything about the installation process. Boca does say that you can get your tub customized to fit your home and situation, though. And reviews left by real users online have been overly positive, particularly referring to the installation experience. So that’s a plus.

Warranty 

Boca has one of the best warranties in the industry. It’s a lifetime warranty. This means if you ever need servicing during the entire lifetime of your tub, so long as it’s covered, your treatment will be for free. 

Boca’s lifetime warranty covers the actual tub, doors, seal, hinges, handles, and hydrotherapy jet systems. There’s also a limited lifetime warranty on the faucets and spa components. One thing that I didn’t like is that Boca doesn’t list any information about the warranty on the website itself. It tells you that a lifetime warranty is available, but doesn’t come out and say what’s covered under the plan.

Summary 

Boca has been around for decades for good reason. The tubs are all manufactured to the highest quality specifications, and you can see it on the finished products. Boca tubs come with a lot of extras already built-in, including important safety features you’ll want. And you can add on upgrades, including hydrotherapy, chromotherapy, and aromatherapy. Boca installers are friendly and professional. A lifetime warranty just seals the deal for Boca.
