It isn't terrible at all!
We only use the free version as the paid version has prices that are a bit absurd. However, the free version is not terrible. It is almost like an excel spreadsheet with a bit easier management and view which is still a relatively decent reason to use Monday.com, I assume that there is better apps out there however, Monday.com does the job for us right now.

I use Monday.com in the company I work for as a simple CRM system. Although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other CRMS I like how easy to use it is. I would recommend for a small business.
