Ich bin seit mehr als 4 Jahren bei GetResponse und mit dem Support sehr zufrieden. Das Team ist immer hilfsbereit, lösungsorientiert und bis heute zuverlässig ansprechbar, wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftauchen. Die Technik und Nutzung sind sehr benutzerfreundlich und leicht verständlich. Und falls doch einmal etwas unklar ist, steht der Support schnell zur Seite. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die Videos und Anleitungen auf Deutsch. Die Zustellrate meiner E-Mails ist durchweg stabil. Auch die Einstellungen für Newsletter und Landingpages nutze ich sehr gerne. Es gibt viele Vorlagen und zusätzliche Funktionen, die sich unkompliziert und einfach umsetzen lassen. Negatives kann ich nicht benennen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfinde ich als absolut fair.
