Best solution for ticketing.
I try to leave positive reviews for companies I enjoy working with if I ever need to leave a negative review for someone else. Todays winner is Zendesk. I have been a Zendesk admin for 15 years and used integrations by 3rd parties as well as native apps. While there are some challenges I have never found an issue I could not solve or find a workaround for. Support is good when there are issues. If you can afford it, it's the best ticketing option out there.

Wir nutzen zendesk seit etwa 2 Jahren. Für jedes Unternehmen, dass guten Kundenservice bieten möchte, ist zendesk uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wir benötigen zwar nur einen kleinen Teil der Funktionalitäten, aber dennoch ist es genau die richtige Lösung für uns.
