2 years now. Overall - big fan
To be fair I haven't had any experience with tech support yet. But have been using it for 2 years now and overall Im a big fan. Now that I compared it to GHL. They are different cos GHL is more of a CRM, but in terms of email campaigns and flow and integrations with Woocommerce Klaviyo has so much better interface and ease of use. Will update my review if things change
