You can end your subscription at any time. However, there are no refunds for any used equipment or unused funds in your account. The monthly service fees are also non-refundable. To cancel, contact Rogue Mobile customer care by emailing support@roguemobile.com or texting (833) 317-2818.

To receive refunds for devices like tablets or phones, you need to send them back unused and with the original receipt and all packaging and accessories within the return period. Also, it’s up to you to deactivate or cancel any AutoPay feature on your account.
