Ease of Use, Hardware, and Setup

Xfinity Internet lets you use your own equipment, which is convenient if you already have a router or modem or if you prefer a specific brand. But the company does give you a lot of incentive to use its proprietary hardware by including things like device upgrades, tech support, advanced security suite, WiFi pause, and unlimited data for free.

I had AT&T and there are not enough words to describe how much AT&T sucks. It constantly failed, lost signal and delivered a fraction of the speed I was paying for so compared to AT&T, Xfinity is the cat's pajamas. Better speed and far more reliable.

We haven't had any issues or problems with Xfinity. Everything has worked well and run fine. I like that they let me do everything online. I like that they let me set up auto draft for my payment. If someone asked me about our internet, I would tell them about it. I do not like that they keep raising the bill.
