How Do I Purchase from hear.com?

hear.com doesn’t directly sell hearing aids, but they will guide you through the process to make it easy. All devices are sold through the company’s network of hearing specialists, and the hear.com team will connect you to one of their care providers near your home.

To start the supportive process, you just need to complete a short online questionnaire. You’ll be asked a range of questions about why you’re considering purchasing hearing aids, whether you’ve used them in the past, what your budget is, and if you need financing. You’ll then be asked to enter your zip code, phone number, name, and email address.

This information is important because you’ll receive a call from the team to discuss your needs soon after submitting the questionnaire. This enables hear.com to then connect you with one of their local partners for a hearing test.

It’s worth noting that remote video appointments are available with some partners, which will be an attractive option for many people.

hear.com Payment Options

If you decide to use hear.com, you will benefit from various payment options. These will vary depending on the partner you connect with, and there are financing solutions for those with a good credit score.

These payment plans are available directly through hear.com. Interest-free financing is on offer if you pay the entire amount within the first 12 months. Also, 24, 48, and 60-month terms are available as long as you’re able to get credit approval.

Service and Support

If you would like to speak with a hear.com team member, you can reach out via phone or email. Support hours are not listed on the hear.com site but you can also request a callback if you would prefer. There’s a great selection of self-help resources available via the company website, including numerous FAQs, product guides, and a range of informational articles.

It’s worth noting, though, that much of the post-sales support you receive will be from the hear.com partner you’re connected with. They will provide full technical support, and the cost and level of service can vary between partners.

How to Get a Refund from hear.com

hear.com offers a full 45-day money-back guarantee, enabling you to request a refund if you aren’t satisfied with your new hearing aids. Simply call 888-780-3450 to speak with a team member and discuss the best option for returning your hearing aids. Follow the provided instructions, and you should receive a full refund within 2 to 3 days of processing (up to 4 or 5 weeks if you made payments through a financing partner).

The Bottom Line

If you’ve struggled with poor hearing for some time, reaching out to a hear.com specialist could be just what you need. There are many types of hearing aids for anyone who has hearing loss. Hear.com has many ways to help a person's hearing problem.

I do believe hear.com is a great example of the hearing aid category because it is great.

It is small and undetectable, unless you're really looking for it. I can hear things now that I couldn't hear before.

They offer service for people who need something and specifically want their hearing issues solved. They benefit the community in this way and are doing positive things for everyone.

Hearing.com provides hearing aid products at a reasonable price, performs testing and includes money back if unsatisfied.

I would recommend Hear.com because it is a great place to shop from. They make it very easy to purchase a great hearing aid.

It is the only one I know, so I have no comparison standard relative to how "great" it is.

It has an excellent sound, it hears perfectly, and it is a good investment.

I can hear a lot better than I did before I started wearing hearing aids. Hear.com is a great place to get hearing aids.

They keep up with my product and are always checking that it is running well. They send me notifications to come in to check on my hearing aids and to make sure they're functioning right.

No change is needed. It's a good product and works well. I have no complaints.

They are good overall. I have no problems with the hearing. I just wish I could get a better and more comfortable fit.

They need to provide more free batteries and offices that are closer. We are in a rural area, with few services.

Hear.com is a great example of the hearing aid category because is very sharp and of good quality.

Hear.com lets me hear very well. Their hearing aids are very easy to use and have made my life much easier. I just wish their customer service was better, the heterosexual cisgender male who helped me figure out how to use them was very rude and misogynistic.

They have an easy-to-use website and innovative products are offered. Invisible aid.

Customer service is great. Needs more inexpensive choices and smaller hearing aids.

There is always someone around when you need help with your hearing aid or batteries. They help you clean it, too.

It's a great product however it's a little pricey and not very user friendly. Most people that need hearing aids are older and the small batteries and very small volume controls make it hard for any older users.

Needs to provide easier maintenance follow up. I don't think I will like the after care.
