I'd like to leave this review specifically for Asad Miah, who is our Corporate Relationship Manager for the business. Since taking on our company as relationship manager, he's been extremely proactive in making sure that we're paying the best rates. He was able to reduce our rates to a competitive level after a little negotiation, and more importantly, once we realized that some rates had not been correctly keyed, he was very proactive in following it up to make sure that we received a credit for any overcharges and made sure that we are on the correct billing profile going forward. A special thank you to him.
