The atmosphere as soon as we arrived was welcoming and genuine. The service was excellent and the servers were polite and engaging. The food was first class and the cost was reasonable. Overall the impression was of a well run establishment with their customers at the very centre of their operation - a first class restaurant. We visited a number of well rated restaurants in St Helier - but Sage was by far the best for custimer service, value for money and ambience than all the other restaurants we visited on our week on the island of Jersey.
