I am new to payroll and to Sage and it can be quite daunting. But I have found Sage to be very customer friendly. The team on the end of the phone are excellent, being knowedgeable and patient and answering all the questions I have. Every Sage team member I have spoken to so far have been clear and easy to understand and so helpful, it made all the difference to my experience with using Sage for the first time.

It is great using the software. It has so much flexibility than other softwares, the instructors are very professional and polite. My Instructor James Denston is extremely good at his job and I like his way of teaching things.

As a Company, Anglitemp have used Sage account packages for over 25 years. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When you ring them, they put you at ease, and sort out any issues. When we decided to move our payroll to another provider our first choice was Sage. The sales team were very helpful which led to a telephone call with Natalie Cade, enablement consultant. Natalie went through all our options, and we asked if it would be possible to have onsite installation and training rather than online. This was agreed and Natalie's help and support throughout this has been amazing. To have someone talk you through everything step by step but to be there in person makes the whole process a lot easier. We would recommend Sage not only for their products, but because they go above and beyond to help their customers.
