I have just have a live chat with Hazel Greystone, I can honestly say it was a breath of fresh air, she was so helpful. The first person I spoke to sent me a link to instigate a refund myself with a code but I couldn't get it to work, when I went back to tell them that the chat had disappeared so I had to start a new chat with Hazel who kindly offered to do the refund herself, no arguements just total empathy. Once I am sorted financially I will take out a new subscription with surf shark just on this interaction itself. Once again thank you Hazel for your help and kindness.
