Wesley Pembroke did a wonderful job. I lost my job and have been deleting/unsubscribing from every subscription I have. I thought I canceled everything. Paypal charged the wrong card, taking money from my elderly mother's debit card. Wesley showed compassion by helping me in a difficult situation.
