Great Service from Asher and Surfshark.
I hardly have technical knowledge and this caused me more than 2 hours with the Surfshark team. First Isaac who fought valiantly for me until his duty hours ended.
Then my problem was taken over my Asher Montrose who after some skirmishes, slayed the monster. He was extremely patient and led me through all the steps to resolve my problem, bearing in mind that I with my lack of knowledge took time to understand the process.
