Ho notato un pagamento automatico sulla mia carta e quando sono andata a controllare ho capito si trattasse dell’abbonamento Surfshark. Mi ero iscritta al servizio l’anno precedente e lo avevo utilizzato appieno; perfettamente funzionante, super utile. Quest anno però, per motivi personali, non avevo più motivo di utilizzare questo servizio quindi ho contattato l’assistenza per richiedere il rimborso. L’assistenza mi ha risposta il giorno dopo mandandomi il link da cliccare per inviare la richiesta e ho ricevuto il rimborso 24 ore dopo. Credo sia la prima volta che mi trovo così bene sia con un servizio, che con l’assistenza del servizio. Mai avuti indietro i soldi con così tanta facilità. Consiglio pienamente
