Trying to purchase starter pack but failed

I had to use support which was AI at first which is fine. Then got a person and was able to help me. I had issues with purchasing on my phone(browser) because there was only 2 options for payment and the one I chose, I never got the confirmation email trying to complete the purchase. The agent had me login on another browser and able to purchase the starter package as I wanted to.

Surfshark is very easy to use includes Antivirus for Windows, is also fairly easy to install on Linux Platforms. Also Surfshark works great in China too & is very reasonably priced.
