Dns Connection Issue
Beatrix was able to help me figure out my dns issue. She was very patience when the dns number was not going through on my apple tv. She was able to take her time with me to figure out how to change the dns on my router, which I didn't have access due to it coming with my rental. But we were able to figure it out and now my vpn service is stable. Beatrix is a rock star.

I had an issue with my Surfshark account that was quickly resolved by the support team. The agent [Quinn Hawthorne] was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process.
