The chat experience was very helpful. If the chat can't solve your problem quickly you are immediately sent to an agent. I like that both the chat and the agent gives you time to do what is suggested and follows up.

I've been using this VPN for years. I've had a problem or 2, (my fault, not theirs) but each time the solution was swift and worry free. I also love the fact that it is easy to pause SS when needed. Other VPNs, not so much. P.S. SS also has anti-virus!
