Sincere Customer Service
I have not had the need to contact Soundbright’s customer service department, but I am confident customer service is their top priority. How, you ask? With reasonable maintenance, the hearing aids work every time I put them in my ears. Product reliability is the sincerest form of customer service IMO.

I have been using the Soundbright Horizon Plus OTC hearing aids for about three weeks now. They are exceptional hearing aids for not being prescription. They are better than my $2,000 prescription hearing aids. I had no problems setting them up and getting used to them. I would definitely recommend these aids as well worth the money and would definitely purchase them again. I appreciate the 45 day no risk guarantee.

So far they are working great. I just wish that with the initial purchase you would have sent the different sizes of ear inserts
