In my experience, Soundbright clearly was my choice due to helpful customer service emails, not pushy at all. During the sale the company sent detailed receipt and tracking information as soon as it was available. Even after receipt of the aids Soundbright followed up with me to ensure my receipt of the hearing aids, and to make sure I liked my selection. I loved my choice of in-the-ear hearing aid and the people who backed them up. I am very happy so far.

Very pleased with the hearing aids. They even work well in noisy environments. If I had a complaint, it would be the bluetooth could have a better range. When I walk away from the source, it cuts out after about 10'.
