How To Cancel or Pause a Tawkify Subscription 

Tawkify users can pause their membership for up to three months. The number of times you can do this is based on how many matches Tawkify has agreed to find for you. For instance, you can pause your account once for a three-match package, twice for a six-match package, or three times for a 12-match package. 

The Terms of Use state that all purchases are non-refundable unless stipulated otherwise at the time of purchase. There are exceptions, however. In states that have a statutory buyer’s right to cancel, you can receive a full refund, providing you cancel before midnight of the 3rd business day from the date of your contract, excluding the weekend and legal holidays.

If you have successfully found a match, you could be eligible for a refund of any unstarted or unused match cycles. To obtain a refund, you must submit a form of documentation such as a video to verify your match. Note that this could be used as marketing material for Tawkify.

Users who commit to Video Connect can enjoy more benefits. Costing around $749 per month, a Video Connect package guarantees that you’ll connect with two matches per month virtually. Rather than just a local search, Tawkify will look for matches in multiple search locations.

If you join as a Client, you’ll receive a dedicated matchmaker and a certified relationship coach to guide you on your dating journey. The matchmaker guarantees to find you matches and dates. Client packages start at around $4,000 per month.

Additionally, there’s a VIP package that entitles you to all the benefits of a Client, with the addition of unlimited search locations. All packages are customizable depending on what suits your budget and lifestyle.

Bottom Line (Is Tawkify Worth It?)

For singles who haven't been able to find success on traditional dating sites due to their busy schedules, Tawkify offers another solution. While many dating platforms rely on matchmaking technology, Tawkify stands out with its team of human experts who individually hand-pick matches. 

The matchmakers handle everything for you, from finding the location for your date to making sure it’s scheduled. As a result, you’re able to concentrate on other things. With that said, the prices are extremely expensive compared to traditional dating sites. And as a standard Member, there’s no guarantee you’ll find a match. 

Although Tawkify does offer strong privacy features, such as the ability to hide your details until you agree to share them with others, I would prefer to have more control over the matches I receive. For instance, I’d like to be able to see a profile picture before agreeing to meet. 

What stands out for me is that Tawkify performs background checks on all matches to verify them. In my experience, this is unique in the dating industry. If you have the means to invest and don't mind giving full control to a matchmaker, Tawkify is worth your time and money.
