Ultra Luxury Meets Modern System

Lightspeed saved the day, and my POS system!
I recently made the switch to Lightspeed from Clover and honestly I wish I had done so from day one. From the moment I came onboard the entire experience has been seamless and professional to say the least. My account manager Emily has also been incredibly welcoming and responsive, Jean-Michel who is my account manager’s manager went above and beyond to make things happen when I needed it most, and Aria from the onboarding team was extremely informative, patient, and easy to work with. Atu who is also a member from their support team who assisted me during setup was also very professional and took the time to walk through everything thoroughly and made sure I understood the system setup process as far as Lightspeed equipment pairing goes. Even their partner processing company 2Accept and their team has been great so far too, especially Ryan who is my account manager at that company. After communicating with everyone you can just tell this is a well-oiled machine. Everyone I’ve interacted with thus far has thankfully been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed compared to my poor experience with Clover. The lightspeed platform itself is just as impressive. After going through training and setup I personally believe it’s clear that Lightspeed is a powerful all-in-one system that’s built for real businesses. Everything feels streamlined, intuitive, and designed with efficiency in mind. Still a lot for me to learn as I only just signed up but I based on what I know so far It has everything I need and more for my business. To be honest, while preparing to sell my old clover POS system on marketplace I came across a lot of other listings for the same one and it made me laugh and realize I definitely made the right decision switching to Lightspeed. I thought to myself, I can see why. Nonetheless if anyone ever asks me for a POS recommendation, Lightspeed will always be my answer. Overall, so far so good and I look forward to being a long-term customer and not looking back.
