We’ve been using Lightspeed for the past year after switching from Epos Now, and the experience has been excellent. The setup process was very straightforward, and their team has consistently been helpful and responsive — a big improvement compared to our experiences with other EPOS providers. A special mention to Jon Hanson, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after and helped secure us very competitive transaction rates. Overall, it’s been a refreshing experience dealing with a company that genuinely supports its customers. Keep up the great work!
