To order one from the official website, just choose from one of the standard 6 sizes (Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and Cal King), and add it to your cart. You may also add a foundation or adjustable base to the cart. Once you’re satisfied with your order, enter your personal details and shipping address to see the total price.

Deliveries arrive within 3-6 business days and are free to residents of the mainland 48 states or, at an additional charge, to residents of Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Your mattress (and optional add-ons) will arrive in a compact box, ready for you to take inside and unpack. The foundation and base come with instructions on how to set them up in minutes.

Once your Puffy mattress arrives, you’ll have 101 nights to decide whether or not it’s right for you. If you decide it’s not to your liking, Puffy will provide a full refund and donate your mattress to charity. Puffy promises to cover return costs for residents of the mainland 48 states.

All mattresses come with a lifetime warranty. If any defects appear in the first 10 years, Puffy will replace your mattress. After 10 years have passed, it will either replace or repair the mattress. It also offers a “Quick Sleep” option, whereby it will deliver a new mattress at half the original price if a defect shows up after the first 10 years of coverage.

Each Puffy mattress is handcrafted in the United States using a polyurethane foam base layer and a gel-infused visco polyurethane top layer. All foams are non-latex and CertiPUR-US certified. The certification promises the mattresses are made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, formaldehyde, unregulated phthalates, or any other toxic materials you wouldn’t want to sleep on.

No matter the size you select, Puffy will deliver your mattress to your door in a compact box measuring 19” x 19” x 42”. The Twin is the lightest mattress, weighing in at 47 lbs, while the Queen weighs 72 lbs, and the King and California King both weigh 95 lbs. The optional foundation and adjustable base are also sent as a boxed delivery, and it takes just a few minutes to set them up.
