My representative, Naama, was graciously "pushy" enough to keep me engaged without turning me off. She gave promotion details, and then consistently answered the 101 questions that I had about the promotions. She was able to respond, "I don't know." and "I can find out for you.", when that was the actual answer. I appreciate that. I think that the products and "upgrades" that you offer seem complicated. I am not sure how the choices and how to use them could be simplified. I wonder if you could offer short tutorials in how they might work?

Both Jonathan and David your representatives were very polite, helpful and understanding. When Jonathan was unable to help regarding the renewal cost of my subscription, I was told that a manager would call me back, David called back promptly and fully understood my situation, he offered me several choices and we eventually agreed on a mutually suitable renewal subscription for me.
